Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Tesla is expanding its Recruiting Mexico team and seeks a bilingual recruiter who can identify, attract, and assess top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The role partners closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and shape effective talent strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to define talent requirements and recommend hiring strategies.
• Manage the recruitment process efficiently, keeping stakeholders informed throughout.
• Conduct behavioral‑based interviews and phone screens to evaluate technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Ensure a positive, memorable experience for every candidate.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience with demonstrated ability.
• Proven recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings, including relationship management with hiring teams.
• Experience sourcing and assessing talent across multiple disciplines.
• Project‑management skills and ability to balance efficiency with quality.
