Technical Pre-sales Manager – Mexico

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Pre‑sales Manager to serve as the primary technical reference for our clients across LATAM and the US. The role combines technical leadership with business development support, helping to win new projects and shape solution strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical pre‑sales for high‑value services, working with multidisciplinary teams and directly interacting with clients.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, showcase global and specific capabilities, and support PoC and pilot implementations.
• Accompany Commercial and Business Development Directors on client visits, representing the company from a technical perspective.
• Promote best‑practice infrastructure for development projects, including code repositories and Infrastructure as Code.
• Coordinate technical leadership across multiple technology communities and participate in strategy meetings to define synergies.
• Represent knowmad mood at industry events and propose new technical initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years experience as a Software or Solutions Architect, covering design, estimation, risk management, and enterprise implementation.
• At least 5 years experience as a Technical Lead with strong team‑leadership and agile methodology expertise.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a proven ability to generate business opportunities.
• Minimum 4 years supporting commercial activities, delivering technical presentations, and defending solutions.
• Residency in Mexico is mandatory; occasional onsite meetings are required, with the rest of the work possible remotely.
