Technical Pre‑Sales Manager – Atlassian Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Pre‑Sales Manager with deep expertise in Atlassian solutions to support our business development across LATAM and U.S. markets. The role will act as a technical partner to the sales team, driving complex presales cycles and helping grow strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical presales activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, scoping and proposal development.
• Design and tailor Atlassian Cloud solutions in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
• Deliver product demos, webinars and proof‑of‑value sessions using Jira Software, Confluence, Guard, Rovo and related tools.
• Identify and qualify opportunities for cloud migrations, cloud‑first implementations, modernization and managed services.
• Coordinate presales initiatives across multiple technical teams and promote best practices in development ecosystems, repositories and Infrastructure as Code frameworks.
• Represent knowmad mood in client meetings, industry events and build long‑term relationships with strategic accounts.

Required profile

• 10+ years as a Software/Solutions Architect with enterprise solution design and implementation experience.
• 5+ years as a Technical Lead working with agile methodologies.
• 5+ years in technology sales, SaaS or cloud transformation projects.
• Proven experience in presales or sales of Atlassian or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present technical solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Atlassian certifications are a plus.
• Residence in Mexico with occasional onsite customer meetings.
