Accommodation Revenue Coordinator – Long Haul West

About the role

As an Accommodation Revenue Coordinator for the Long Haul West region, you will help maximise market share across multiple destinations by managing rates, availability and strategic hotel partnerships. You will work within TUI’s Accommodation, Product & Sourcing team to drive revenue growth and support regional trading performance.

Key responsibilities

• Source special offers and discounts across relevant destinations using wholesale and channel‑manager methodologies.
• Manage availability initiatives, challenge stop‑sales, request extra allocation and reduce release periods to optimise inventory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and booking patterns to inform pricing and availability decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, providing support on pricing strategies and offer implementation.
• Track availability, bed‑to‑seat ratios and offer activity, delivering regular insights to stakeholders.
• Oversee hotel partner actions in sourcing systems, communicate short‑fall risks and collaborate with yield teams to maximise revenue.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking.
• Excellent numerical reasoning and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Effective negotiation, persuasion and feedback abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English; additional local language is a plus.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a customer focus.
• Ability to manage time, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
