Account Executive – Inside Sales (North America & LatAm)

About the role

Firework is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to own the full inside sales cycle for the North America and Latin America markets. Working entirely remotely, you will champion Firework’s AI‑powered video commerce platform with enterprise brands and retailers, driving pipeline from first touch through close and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete inside sales process – inbound lead qualification, outbound prospecting, product demos, negotiation and closing – using phone, video and email.
• Generate outbound pipeline by targeting enterprise accounts across North America with tools such as Salesforce, Claude and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Qualify inbound inquiries quickly to ensure a high‑quality buyer experience from first contact to conversion.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data, activity logs and forecasts in Salesforce, following disciplined follow‑up and hygiene practices.
• Build relationships with key decision‑makers by understanding their business objectives and aligning Firework’s capabilities.
• Prepare and deliver virtual presentations, demos and customized proposals tailored to each prospect.
• Partner with Marketing, Customer Success and Integration Solutions to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes, playbooks and messaging for the North America market.

Required profile

• Less than 1 year of full‑cycle inside sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and quota targets.
• At least 1 year as a top‑performing Sales Development Representative (SDR).
• Experience managing both inbound and outbound motions in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
