Account Executive

About the role

The Account Executive serves as the bridge between Creative and Brand teams, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery. As the face of the in‑house Content Development team for North America, you will drive the creative adaptation of multiple communication assets in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end process of multiple projects simultaneously, meeting timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Lead workflow coordination across all involved teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from interns to senior leadership.
• Track and manage internal project processes using Excel trackers and Monday.com, and provide regular status updates.
• Assist in developing reports and project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Mid‑level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Detail‑oriented, collaborative, and client‑focused mindset.
