About the role

Trivelta is seeking an Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with existing iGaming operator partners after the deal is closed. This position focuses on retention, upselling, and long‑term client success rather than new sales hunting.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the day‑to‑day relationship with assigned iGaming partners.
  • Act as the primary commercial contact after contract signature.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing account success.
  • Understand each client’s business goals and align Trivelta’s platform accordingly.
  • Coordinate with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to meet client needs.
  • Proactively identify upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Track account health, renewals, and contract milestones.
  • Support renewals and commercial renegotiations when required.
  • Prepare account reviews, performance reports, and updates.
  • Represent Trivelta in client meetings and selected industry events.

Required profile

  • Based in Monterrey and fluent in English; additional European language a plus.
  • 2–4+ years experience as an Account Manager, Client Partner, or Customer Success Manager.
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS or platform clients.
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Organized, proactive, detail‑oriented and willing to travel occasionally.
  • EU work authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
  • Relationship‑driven mindset, strong sense of ownership, commercial awareness, and calm under pressure.
