Account Manager – Podcast & Social Media

About the role

Podify is seeking a talented Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive the production of podcast and social media content. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction while coordinating with our internal production team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Build and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with clients.
• Provide clear briefs to design, video, audio, and copywriting teams to meet deliverables on time.
• Monitor, track, analyze, and report on client platform performance.
• Plan and manage social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Communicate daily with clients via email, WhatsApp, or Slack and conduct scheduled Zoom calls.
• Write and edit content for social media, newsletters, and other channels.
• Review production assets for quality and guide revisions.
• Track deliverables to support monthly invoicing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account or client management.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and tight deadlines.
• Proactive, organized, accountable with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English, preferably American English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
