Accountant – Hospitality Clients

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to support financial reporting, account reconciliations and month‑end close for our hospitality clients. You will work in a fast‑paced, multi‑client environment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily accounting tasks, prepare journal entries and support month‑end close to meet client deadlines.
• Maintain balance‑sheet integrity by cleaning up and resolving reconciling items across multiple properties.
• Master specialized hospitality platforms, ERP tools and reporting structures to perform independent account work.
• Follow standardized processes to deliver consistent, accurate and responsive client service.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of professional accounting experience; hospitality or outsourced accounting background preferred.
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and the month‑end close cycle.
• Highly organized, detail‑focused and able to work independently while communicating clearly with internal teams and clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hospitality systems such as Opera and various POS platforms.
• Ability to quickly learn and use Ottimate, Acumatica and ProfitSword.
• Hands‑on experience with journal entries, account reconciliations and balance‑sheet management.
