Accountant

About the role

As an Accountant at TD SYNNEX, you will support key accounting operations with a focus on financial analysis, reconciliations, and margin validation. Your work will ensure accurate financial information, aid business decision‑making, and keep costs, contracts, and profitability aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Perform supplier reconciliations, review balances, and follow up on open items.
• Validate and reconcile margin calculations, ensuring correct cost‑to‑revenue relationships.
• Analyze and reconcile accounts payable and supplier balances, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Review contracts to confirm costs align with agreed terms and expected margins.
• Monitor standard margins (SMs) and guarantee financial accuracy in transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and P&L data, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal clients and suppliers to maintain financial data integrity.
• Develop and maintain Excel databases and reports for analysis and process automation.
• Identify opportunities for accounting process improvement and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (mandatory).
• 3‑4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or similar roles.
• Proven experience in supplier and margin reconciliations, financial analysis, and P&L understanding.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and pay close attention to detail.
• Intermediate English is desirable.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (data analysis, database handling, automation).
