Accounting Executive – Finance & Accounting

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Executive to join our Finance & Accounting team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys teamwork, and can handle a variety of accounting tasks while supporting the department supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Upload financial information into the internal system
• Prepare invoices and financial reports
• Process tax payments and manage bank reconciliations
• Track and respond to departmental emails
• Control all company payments and ensure accuracy

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)
• Excellent service and can‑do attitude
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet month‑end, year‑end, and audit deadlines
• High level of organization, multitasking, and proactive mindset
• Degree in Accounting
• Experience with SAP is preferred
• Interest in continuous learning
