About the role
Oliver Wyman is looking for an organized and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to provide hybrid support to up to six Principals in Mexico City. The role combines office‑based duties with remote work, requiring two days per week on site.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, and reserve meeting spaces.
- Book business travel, arrange video conferences, and coordinate internal and external events.
- Process expense reports, timesheets, vendor invoices, and maintain CRM contact data.
- Serve as the single point of contact for core administrative needs and liaise with Finance, IT, HR, and other support departments.
- Provide responsive service to internal and external clients, building trusted relationships.
- Collaborate with other administrative assistants to ensure seamless execution of shared duties.
Required profile
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize workload effectively.
- Positive attitude, approachable, and demonstrates inclusive behavior.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to give clear status updates.
- Willingness to support team members and provide backup coverage when needed.
- Ability to identify and escalate risks according to company policies.
