Affiliate & Community Manager

About the role

Wati is seeking an Affiliate & Community Manager to drive demand generation and strengthen its brand presence across the LATAM region. You will lead affiliate and influencer programs, manage social media content, and foster community engagement to generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and scale affiliate and influencer initiatives, handling prospecting, activation, relationship management and performance tracking.
• Define program goals, commission structures and partner prioritization in collaboration with Sales and Finance.
• Plan, create and publish social media content following an editorial calendar.
• Develop employee advocacy programs to amplify the brand organically.
• Produce monthly performance reports focusing on leads, cost per lead and conversion metrics, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Monitor brand mentions, audience sentiment and respond according to Wati’s tone of voice.
• Collaborate with Content & SEO, Performance Marketing and Sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrate affiliate channels into the acquisition funnel.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese and English.
• Proven experience managing affiliate and/or influencer programs with a focus on demand or lead generation.
• Background in social media or community management.
• Strong analytical ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills to juggle editorial calendars, partner relationships and multiple workstreams.

Required skills

• Experience with affiliate tracking and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms.
