After Hours Logistics Customer Experience Representative

About the role

This position supports J.B. Hunt’s after‑hours logistics operations by acting as the primary point of contact between carriers and internal stakeholders. Working on a rotating evening and weekend schedule, you will ensure freight is covered, shipments are tracked, and customers receive timely updates.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carriers to meet revenue and margin targets.
• Use the Carrier360 platform to tender loads, maintain shipment records, and verify carrier authenticity.
• Monitor freight in transit, obtain updates from carriers, and ensure on‑time pickup and delivery.
• Communicate service failures promptly to internal support teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote best‑in‑class service and safety.
• Stay informed on market trends to optimize negotiation tactics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field from a Mexican institution.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills in English (B2 minimum) and Spanish.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of 25,000 MXN per month (before taxes).
• After‑hours schedule: Tue‑Thu 16:00‑24:00, Fri 14:30‑23:00, Sat 08:00‑17:00.
