Aftermarket Coordinator

About the role

The Aftermarket Coordinator will manage the aftermarket segment for Bosch's Queretaro plant, ensuring timely procurement, packaging development, part‑number setup, and on‑time delivery of spare parts to customers. This role serves as the primary link between the plant, customers, and regional headquarters, safeguarding aftermarket interests.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate on‑time procurement of aftermarket materials.
• Define and develop packaging solutions for spare parts.
• Set up and maintain part numbers in the system.
• Manage delivery schedules to guarantee on‑time spare‑part shipments.
• Act as the central interface between plant operations, customers, and regional headquarters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑organizational projects and allocate tasks across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain principles and product‑life‑cycle management.
• Experience with customer‑relationship management processes.

Required skills
