AI & Automation Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an AI & Automation Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of intelligent automation solutions across our education business. You will work closely with the Head of AI & Automation, the Founder and the COO to map current processes, prioritize opportunities and build no‑code/low‑code solutions that scale.

Key responsibilities

• Map and document all significant manual processes across enrolment, communication, reporting, student support and operations.
• Create and maintain a prioritized automation backlog in partnership with the Head of AI & Automation.
• Run a lightweight intake process for new automation requests, scope projects and manage 3‑5 active initiatives simultaneously.
• Report progress, blockers and outcomes to senior leadership on a regular basis.
• Identify, evaluate and recommend new AI and automation tools.
• Build and maintain automations using Claude AI, Zapier and HubSpot workflows.
• Develop AI‑powered tools, prompt libraries and Claude skills for business use.
• Manage AI agents that support student communications, enrolment, retention and reporting.
• Implement knowledge‑base and vector‑database solutions with no‑code platforms.

Required profile

• Passion for turning manual, repetitive tasks into elegant automated solutions.
• Strong project‑management mindset with ability to sequence work, track milestones and communicate status clearly.
• Experience working in fast‑growing, technology‑driven environments, preferably in education or SaaS.
