AI Trainer – Finance Specialist (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. You will review AI-generated answers, test the models with complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve their reasoning and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Use your finance expertise to verify the logic and accuracy of AI outputs.
• Challenge the models with real‑world edge cases and complex scenarios.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide each new model version.
• Evaluate AI performance for correctness and overall quality.

Required profile

• Bilingual‑level fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Professional experience in finance, preferably with an advanced degree (MBA or higher) or equivalent real‑world expertise.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD is a plus but not mandatory.
