AI Web Optimization Specialist

About the role

Forcepoint is looking for an AI Web Optimization Specialist to enhance the performance of Forcepoint.com. You will use artificial intelligence, behavioral analytics, and experimentation to attract, engage, and convert prospective buyers across the digital buyer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a prioritized website optimization roadmap aligned with business goals, product launches, and campaign priorities.
• Analyze visitor behavior, performance data, and content engagement to identify friction points and opportunities.
• Translate insights into clear, testable hypotheses and design A/B, multivariate, and targeted audience experiments.
• Improve conversion paths and create personalized experiences on product pages, landing pages, and forms for known visitors and target accounts.
• Leverage web analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and qualitative insights to produce recurring reports linking behavior to qualified conversions and pipeline impact.
• Develop AI‑assisted workflows that streamline performance analysis, hypothesis generation, and content evaluation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in website optimization and conversion rate improvement.
• Ability to turn data insights into actionable, testable hypotheses.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
