Air Logistics Operations Expert

About the role

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an Air Logistics Operations Expert to support time‑critical shipments across Mexico and Central America. You will coordinate international air export shipments, with a focus on AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and other urgent cargo.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate air logistics operations, especially AOG, urgent, and high‑priority shipments.
• Manage the full lifecycle of international air export shipments, ensuring timely execution.
• Work closely with airlines, carriers, customers, and logistics stakeholders.
• Monitor shipments, proactively resolve delays and exceptions, and maintain accurate documentation and Incoterms.

Required profile

• Previous experience in air logistics operations, preferably handling AOG or urgent shipments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in English (B2 or higher).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time‑critical operations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of air export processes and Incoterms.
• Experience coordinating with airlines and logistics partners.
