Analista de Calidad – Gestión de Calidad y Cumplimiento

About the role

The Quality Analyst will lead the Plan‑Do‑Check‑Act (PDCA) cycle for the site’s quality management system, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. You will support the continuous improvement of quality processes and act as a key liaison for regulatory inspections and consumer complaint handling.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the PDCA process for the site’s quality management system and report results to the Quality Section Manager.
• Maintain internal documentation, manage change control, and update quality policies.
• Conduct internal audits, manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) activities, and support management reviews.
• Coordinate the bi‑annual eQCMS review and oversee the registration of internal and external documents.
• Handle consumer complaints from initiation to resolution.
• Serve as the primary contact for food regulatory agency inspections and manage related communications.

Required profile

• Relevant experience working in a laboratory environment.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet business requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Project management mindset and multitasking capability.
