About the role

Jabil is seeking a Training Analyst I to support the development and delivery of training programs for managers, clients and internal teams. The role focuses on preparing clear instructional materials, presenting information effectively, and ensuring participants understand key concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions for diverse audiences, including managers and customers.
• Collect and analyze data to identify training needs and measure program effectiveness.
• Prepare visual aids, simple correspondence, and instructional documents.
• Perform basic calculations, create graphs and interpret results to support training metrics.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Strong ability to present information clearly and answer questions from groups.
• Analytical mindset: define problems, gather data, draw valid conclusions.
• Basic math skills: arithmetic, ratios, percentages, and graph interpretation.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow one‑ or two‑step instructions.

Required skills

• Advanced PC proficiency, especially with Windows operating system.
• Familiarity with Jabil’s internal software packages.
