About the role
We are looking for an HR Analyst who will coordinate, supervise and evaluate our personnel selection programs. The role involves managing the hiring process, as well as overseeing training and development initiatives for our staff. You will work in a dynamic environment that values ambition, boldness and resilience, based in Mexico City for a leading global beverage company.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate, supervise and evaluate recruitment and selection programs.
- Execute the hiring process for new employees.
- Coordinate and supervise staff development and training programs.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases.
- Collaborate with department heads to define staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in recruitment, hiring and talent acquisition.
- Experience in planning and managing training and development initiatives.
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with HR and operational teams.
