Analista E-Commerce

About the role

Join L’Oréal’s Consumer Products Division as an E‑Commerce Analyst in Mexico City. You will work closely with the E‑commerce Lead, marketing and sales teams to shape the digital strategy and drive online growth for the brand portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update dashboards that monitor performance across pure‑player and retailer channels, ensuring data consistency.
• Conduct market intelligence by tracking competitors, new product launches, and consumer behavior to inform portfolio and activation decisions.
• Support digital strategy execution by verifying correct implementation of commercial initiatives, events, and enriched content on partner platforms.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to cross‑functional teams.
