About the role

The Tax Analyst II will manage accounting and financial information that reflects plant operations and supports decision‑making, while ensuring compliance with current tax obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on tax refund requests.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual tax declarations for tax authorities.
• Prepare monthly and annual INEGI declarations.
• Develop annual tax projections and respond to tax authority requirements.
• Calculate and invoice monthly lease payments.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities within the accounting department.
• Create monthly journal entries, balance‑sheet reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
• Generate reports and analyses as required by the company.
• Support internal SOX audits and tax authority audits.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3–5 years of general accounting or finance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
