Analista Senior, Logística Digital

About the role

The Senior Digital Logistics Analyst will support cbrands' data‑driven initiatives and improve efficiency across its logistics network. The role combines deep logistics knowledge with advanced digital tools, including AI, IoT, and cloud data platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s logistics data strategy.
• Implement and support logistics software solutions such as TMS, YMS, shipment visibility platforms, and WMS.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Analyze logistics processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend data‑based solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience (4+ years).
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and learning new technologies.

Required skills

• Transportation Management System (TMS) and Yard Management System (YMS).
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) and o9 Supply Planning.
• Microsoft Excel (advanced).
• ERP/TMS experience, preferably SAP.
• Business intelligence tools: Tableau, Power BI.
• SQL and other data manipulation languages.
• Master data management and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, blockchain in logistics.
• Cloud data warehouses: Snowflake, Datasphere.
• Programming basics: JavaScript, Python.
• AWS cloud services and generative AI platforms (AWS Bedrock).
• IoT technologies, especially BLE tags.
