Analyst Supply Planning

About the role

The Supply Planning Analyst will execute the semester purchasing plan across channels and product divisions, ensuring on‑hand orders and in‑store day targets are met. You will work closely with demand planning and commercial teams to align purchase windows and support business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the semester purchasing plan per channel and product division to achieve OOH (Orders on Hand) and ISD (In‑Store Day) goals.
• Manage purchase windows (OPD) in coordination with Demand Planning to meet the plan.
• Coordinate with commercial areas during purchase negotiations to handle incremental purchases and ensure plan compliance.
• Monitor and identify deviations in product delivery dates from factories to support product availability at distribution centers.
• Prepare product arrival reports to improve supply visibility across channels.
• Identify changes in factory price (FPRICE) and quantities reported by Order Management and communicate them to merchandising planning.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in supply chain or planning functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Intermediate to advanced English language skills.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAP.
