About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel in Mexico City is seeking a friendly and professional Restaurant Host to welcome guests, present the menu, and ensure a seamless dining experience. This position is based in the hotel’s vibrant restaurant located on Paseo de la Reforma, close to Bosque de Chapultepec and the city’s cultural attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, providing a warm welcome.
• Present the menu and give a brief introduction to the restaurant.
• Take guest orders and enter them accurately into the ordering system.
• Assist the runner in supervising assigned tables throughout the shift.
• Present dishes to guests and ensure service standards are met.
• Close accounts, process payments, and handle cash transactions.
• Set up and reset restaurant tables before and after service.

Required profile

• Completed high school education or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a restaurant host or front‑of‑house role.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the service team.

Required skills

• POS system operation.
• Cash handling.
