About the role

The Appointment Clerk supports the corporate office by managing delivery appointment scheduling and maintaining strong client relations. This entry‑level position offers comprehensive training to develop professional office skills and serves as a solid first step for recent graduates or those re‑entering the workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule delivery appointments via outbound/inbound calls, email, and web platforms.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date and organized appointment log.
• Assist customers in resolving delivery‑related issues.
• Communicate regularly with assigned terminals.
• Participate in appointment meetings aimed at process improvement.

Required profile

• Bilingual with English proficiency.
• Excellent attendance and ability to work Monday‑Friday.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Professional demeanor and upbeat attitude.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and willingness to learn company‑specific systems.
• Ability to take detailed notes.
