Architect – Feasibility Studies & Design

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Architect to lead feasibility studies and develop executive design projects for our expansion program. You will ensure that each site is viable, coordinate design changes during construction, and deliver complete construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct topographical, soil mechanics and licensing feasibility studies before site acquisition.
• Prepare executive project packages, including final construction drawings.
• Design prototypes, remodels and Build‑to‑Suit projects covering architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical and civil drawings.
• Collaborate with Construction, Legal, Permits and Real Estate teams to align site polygons with deeds and contracts.
• Monitor and control design adjustments throughout the construction phase.
• Develop special projects such as regional offices, distribution centers and CAT offices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5–7 years of professional experience in design, feasibility studies and construction documentation.
• Proven ability to produce AutoCAD drawings, soil reports and grading plans.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
