Architect – Feasibility Studies & Design

About the role

We are looking for an Architect to lead feasibility studies and design development for our expansion projects. The role involves creating topographical and soil‑mechanics analyses, securing construction permits, and delivering complete executive project sets that guide construction from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies including topographical surveys, soil mechanics assessments and permit feasibility before site acquisition.
• Develop executive project documentation and final construction drawings covering architecture, structural, plumbing, electrical and civil disciplines.
• Coordinate with Construction, Legal, Permits and Real Estate teams to communicate design deviations and ensure site boundaries match legal deeds.
• Monitor and control design changes during construction, working closely with contractors and the construction department.
• Design special projects such as regional offices, distribution centers and CAT offices, preparing all necessary plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Five to seven years of professional experience in design, AutoCAD drafting, soil reports and grading plans.
• Proven ability to manage feasibility studies and executive project delivery.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
