Architect (Revit) – Architectural Project Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect with strong Revit expertise to lead the production of construction documentation and coordinate architectural projects from concept to Department of Buildings approval.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings, including sections, elevations, wall typologies and façade details for DoB approval.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Create high‑quality 3D renderings and visualisations, primarily using Lumion.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive schedules for doors, windows, plumbing and lighting fixtures.
• Model, update and manage accurate Revit models in compliance with architectural and construction standards.
• Ensure all designs meet building and zoning codes and project deadlines.
• Tag and annotate drawings to clearly communicate design intent and construction requirements.
• Maintain precise project documentation and deliverables.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Verified engineering or architectural background with experience in design documentation.
• Ability to draft, layout and perform basic calculations for construction details.
• Professional attitude, strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
