Assistant Manager – P2P (Accounts Payable) – LATAM

About the role

Unilever is looking for a proactive P2P Assistant Manager to lead Accounts Payable operations across its LATAM markets, specifically Ecuador and Colombia. Based in Bosques, you will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with internal finance teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth payment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Accounts Payable activities in LATAM, meeting KPIs such as on‑time payments, supplier aging, and GRIR.
• Serve as the primary contact for issue resolution for internal users and suppliers.
• Lead the Third‑Party Service Provider (TPSP) team, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Support transformation projects and continuous improvement within the S2P process.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in governance forums with Finance, Procurement, Controllership and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls (GFCF, GPM, SOX) and support audits.
• Enhance end‑user and supplier experience through empathetic, solution‑oriented actions.
• Execute and monitor action plans defined with the Service Delivery Manager.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in P2P/Accounts Payable or similar finance operations.
• Fluency in spoken and written English for global communication.
• Strong analytical mindset and results‑oriented approach.
• Effective communication across all organizational levels.
• Experience managing third‑party providers is a plus.
