Associate Consultant, Marketing Services, Launch Program 2027

About the role

As an Associate Consultant in the Marketing Services Launch Program, you will join Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services (ACS) team in Mexico City. You will work in small, cross‑functional teams to help leading brands solve strategic challenges using data‑driven insights and technology‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to design, implement and evaluate marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Leverage customer, behavioral and transactional data to generate actionable recommendations.
• Support projects in industries such as financial services, retail, hospitality and more.
• Own deliverables, manage timelines and build strong external relationships with client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a passion for marketing and data analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, client‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
• Understanding of direct‑marketing principles across digital channels.
