Assurance Associate

About the role

As an Assurance Associate at PwC, you will support audit and assurance engagements, providing independent assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain reasonable assurance that financial statements are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error.
• Evaluate compliance with regulations, governance, and risk‑management processes.
• Gather and analyse information from multiple sources to identify patterns and assess controls.
• Apply PwC’s professional and technical standards, including audit guidance and independence requirements.
• Maintain high‑quality work that adds value for clients and the firm.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Curiosity and a reliable, team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to adapt to varied client needs and fast‑paced environments.
