About the role

HealthEdge is seeking a hands‑on Atlassian Administrator to manage its cloud‑based Atlassian suite, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence. The role supports thousands of users across the organization, ensuring smooth configuration, maintenance and user assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence in a cloud environment.
• Create and maintain projects, boards, workflows, permission and notification schemes.
• Configure JSM service desks, request types, queues, SLAs and portal settings.
• Manage Confluence spaces, page permissions, templates and macros.
• Perform user and group management, license assignments and access reviews.
• Process support requests, maintain SLA compliance, and fulfill platform change requests.
• Build and maintain native automation rules, dashboards, saved filters and basic reports.

Required profile

• Solid fundamentals with Atlassian tools and cloud administration.
• Ability to follow guidance from senior administrators and architects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to platform hygiene.
