B2B Digital Growth & Affiliate Specialist

About the role

Birdman is looking for a data‑driven, entrepreneurial professional to own and scale its B2B digital channel. You will design a frictionless self‑service portal for long‑tail customers, turn transactional data into real‑time business intelligence, and launch an affiliate program that fuels low‑cost acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Map, design and continuously optimise the end‑to‑end B2B digital customer journey, enabling fully autonomous buying.
• Develop and implement automation flows (welcome emails, abandoned‑cart reminders, cross‑sell/up‑sell nudges) to reduce manual effort.
• Extract, clean and consolidate daily data from ERP, CRM and e‑commerce systems; build dynamic dashboards (Power BI or similar) for real‑time performance monitoring.
• Design pull‑strategy campaigns (content, referrals, professional recommendations) to generate inbound demand without direct sales contact.
• Calculate and track digital‑channel profitability metrics (CAC, LTV, cost‑to‑serve) and present regular KPI reviews.
• Audit the conversion funnel continuously and propose optimisation actions.
