B2B Paid Advertising Strategist

About the role

Power Digital, an AI-native growth firm, is hiring a B2B Paid Advertising Strategist. The role owns the execution, performance and growth of campaigns within its book of business, working closely with account leadership to shape strategy across the media mix. It is fully remote, open to candidates in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua and Peru, and requires advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.

Key responsibilities

• Own and run performance marketing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube and Bing ads, delivering builds end-to-end on time
• Lead optimizations and manage client budgets with accurate pacing
• Run quality checks so there are no revenue-damaging errors
• Propose proactive strategy and maintain client testing roadmaps, escalating performance risks early
• Communicate weekly client progress recaps and keep internal teams informed on performance, strategy and deliverables
• Use data to report results clearly and leverage AI to improve business processes

Required profile

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1-2 years in an agency setting
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with at least two paid channels (Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat)
• Experience developing and optimizing campaigns: bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy and campaign strategy
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization and project management skills, and confidence in client-facing presentations
