Join Cart.com’s fast‑growing team in Querétaro as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. You will deliver exceptional support to English‑ and Spanish‑speaking customers through text, email, phone, and live chat, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional assistance via multiple communication channels.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to find effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions.

Required profile

• Mexican citizenship (visa sponsorship not available).
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Enthusiastic, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work a 5‑day week with one weekday and one weekend day off.
