Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish/English) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our TalentPop App team as a Customer Service Specialist. You will support Spanish‑ and English‑speaking customers through voice, chat, and email, delivering fast, accurate solutions while working entirely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live‑chat sessions, and email inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide quick, effective resolutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar CRM/e‑commerce tools.
• Comfortable using a personal PC (minimum i5 processor) and a stable internet connection (≥25 Mbps).
