Bilingual Graphic Designer (English/Spanish)

About the role

arrivia is looking for a bilingual Graphic Designer who can translate business goals into compelling visual assets across digital and print channels. The role is remote‑friendly but requires the candidate to be based in Mexico City, working closely with global marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute design solutions for email, web merchandising, social media, direct mail, and Point‑of‑Sale materials.
• Adapt campaign hero images into multiple layouts and sizes while preserving brand integrity.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders and internal creative teams across time zones to interpret briefs and refine designs.
• Manage technical production tasks such as resizing, reformatting, and versioning assets.
• Perform quality checks to ensure assets are tech‑ready, brand‑compliant, and pixel‑perfect.
• Coordinate with external vendors to confirm print and digital production specifications.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in‑house or agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating multi‑format campaigns and production‑heavy work.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Figma and Adobe After Effects (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Gemini, or ChatGPT (a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a PC‑based workflow.
