Bilingual Sales Support Analyst – Canada

About the role

PepsiCo is looking for a bilingual Sales Support Associate Analyst to join its Canadian Field Sales team. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for customers and sales representatives, delivering fast, accurate, and solution‑oriented service across email and phone channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end customer requests, from intake and validation to execution and follow‑up.
• Maintain compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and prioritize tasks based on urgency and business impact.
• Ensure high data accuracy by validating and updating customer, account, and transactional information.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Master Data, and Finance to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor shared inboxes and case queues, guaranteeing no request is missed and all follow‑ups are completed on time.
• Identify, document, and track recurring issues, supporting continuous‑improvement initiatives and process standardisation.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or operations support.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple time‑sensitive priorities.
