Bilingual Spanish-English Medical Nurse (USRN) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Nurse with a USRN license who is fluent in Spanish and English. This fully remote position supports patient care, improves clinical workflows, and works closely with physicians and the care team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient intake questionnaires, collecting medical history, allergies, and medications.
• Review and update patient charts accurately.
• Explain lab results and imaging findings to patients.
• Pre‑screen patients for eligibility, referrals, or insurance requirements.
• Manage pre‑ and post‑appointment check‑ins, including follow‑up calls and satisfaction surveys.
• Coordinate care by translating provider instructions into non‑clinical language.
• Schedule labs, imaging, and specialist referrals.
• Handle chronic disease management outreach, such as medication reminders and check‑ins.
• Perform remote patient monitoring and medical transcription, drafting standard correspondence.
• Maintain clinical compliance by reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Required profile

• Licensed Nurse (RN) or equivalent medical license (MD, Dentist, Veterinarian) from any approved country or the United States with a valid state license.
• Minimum 1 year remote experience with a US‑based healthcare company in a clinical role, or at least 2 years in a medical capacity in the candidate’s home country.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge.
• Willingness to work US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
