Billing Analyst

About the role

The Billing Analyst is responsible for executing standard, complex and customized billing programs that align with marketing offers, sales agreements and customer contracts. The role involves direct interaction with customers to define invoice requirements, resolve disputes and ensure accurate invoicing across multiple fuel channels.

Key responsibilities

• Run billing programs and generate invoices according to contractual terms and promotional offers.
• Maintain direct contact with customers to gather invoice specifications and settle billing disputes within service‑level targets.
• Perform credit integrity testing and monitor the customer portal for billing accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Credit, Marketing, Supply Chain, Technical Support, Product Management and Sales to resolve issues.
• Support the Order‑to‑Cash workflow by managing customer master data, pricing inquiries, product information requests and complaint resolution.
• Partner with AR&C and Order Fulfillment teams to address billing defects and facilitate timely collections.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in billing support, back‑office customer service or Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP service‑center tools.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving and ability to multitask.
