BPO Manager – Accounting & Outsourcing Services

About the role

Forvis Mazars Mexico is looking for a strategic, client‑oriented BPO Manager to lead its Accounting & Outsourcing Services team. You will oversee financial and administrative operations for a portfolio of around 60 clients, covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Billing and related controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end BPO operations for AP, AR, Treasury, Billing and administrative financial processes.
• Manage relationships with approximately 60 client accounts, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican tax regulations, CFDI (Annex 20) and other local requirements.
• Identify and implement automation, process optimisation and scalability initiatives.
• Monitor operational KPIs, controls and service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, balancing workloads and fostering development.
• Act as a strategic point of contact for clients, participating in operational reviews and problem‑solving discussions.
• Prepare and present operational and financial reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience managing BPO, shared services or financial administrative operations.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican tax regulations and CFDI requirements.
• Leadership experience overseeing teams and client portfolios.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on client service.
