Brand Strategist – Multi‑Channel Media & B2B Focus

About the role

Arctic Fever is seeking a Brand Strategist to shape multi‑channel media strategies for a diverse B2B client portfolio. You will translate business objectives into actionable plans, drive paid media campaigns, and ensure every brand communication is purposeful and on‑brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop multi‑channel media strategies that align with client business goals and deliver measurable results.
• Plan, write, and manage paid media campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads, covering architecture, budgeting, copy, creative direction, and optimization.
• Create and maintain editorial calendars, campaign copy, and promotional messaging to keep brand communications consistent and performance‑focused.
• Analyze campaign performance, draw insights, and present monthly dispatches and quarterly brand reviews to stakeholders.
• Collaborate on branding projects from research and insight generation to concept development and big‑idea formulation.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience managing accounts and media plans, preferably with B2B clients.
• Hands‑on experience planning paid media campaigns end‑to‑end, including copy, creative direction, budget structure, and performance logic.
• Proactive, ideas‑first thinker with a strong creative eye and an understanding of good design.
• Familiarity with Figma is a plus, though design execution is not required.
