Business Analyst

About the role

Nubank, the leading digital bank in Latin America, is looking for a Business Analyst to structure, analyse and turn large volumes of data into actionable insights. You will support critical decision‑making processes that enhance the customer experience and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and organise data from multiple sources to support analysis.
• Design and run tests to evaluate potential solutions and measure impact.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to teams, ensuring smooth project flow and risk‑aware decision making.
• Monitor ongoing analyses and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Use SQL, Python and Scala for data extraction and manipulation.
• Develop a solid foundation for decision making despite data gaps or uncertainties.
• Collaborate with product and cross‑functional teams to understand business context.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with comfort handling numbers and calculations.
• Ability to solve problems mathematically and think critically.
• Understanding of business dynamics, risk and opportunity assessment.
• Independent, proactive and comfortable taking initiative on ambiguous problems.
