Business Analyst – Sales Operations, Sales Incentive Process

About the role

Rockwell Automation is hiring a Business Analyst for its global Sales Incentive Process team, based in Mexico City in a hybrid setup. You will report directly to the Manager, Sales Incentive Process Tools and Data, and support the Anaplan ICM system, global standardized processes and the accuracy of data flowing into and out of Anaplan ICM. This affects sales incentive calculations and reporting for sales employees.

Key responsibilities

• Work with large amounts of data and define and improve Anaplan data reconciliation processes with source systems to ensure accurate sales incentive pay and employee SIP reporting.
• Ensure snapshots from Anaplan GSTO move to ICM, including goals, territories, partner functions and other required GSTO data.
• Support validation of Anaplan sales crediting and focus offering accuracy and completion.
• Take part in monthly data gathering and maintenance for sales roles requiring manual collection, using tools such as Power BI, Power Query and Power Apps.
• Research data and integration issues and work with the right teams to resolve them.
• Document global process steps and update them; support and use Agile, documenting user stories and acceptance criteria for Anaplan ICM development changes and testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a technical discipline.
• Fluency in English.
• Preferred: 2 or more years of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Access database queries (e.g. SQL), Power BI, Power Query and Power Apps.
• Preferred: experience with an ERP system, product management and CRM software, and familiarity with SAP, Anaplan and PBI tools.
