Business Controller Junior

About the role

As a Business Controller Junior you will act as a strategic financial partner to the Factory CFO, ensuring accurate financial data and supporting decisions that drive the factory’s performance. You will work closely with operational leaders to monitor key KPIs, manage budgets and forecasts, and contribute to the financial excellence of the execution unit.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycle for core financial KPIs such as order intake, revenue, profit and free cash flow.
• Develop and maintain financial models that support strategic projects and performance reviews.
• Control cost‑center budgets and align them with operational targets.
• Oversee CAPEX investments, ensuring compliance with approved priorities.
• Maintain accurate product costing and cost allocation across production lines.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, drive process improvements and support initiatives that increase profitability and cash flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional experience in controlling, accounting or financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial controlling and product costing.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and a continuous‑improvement attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP financial modules.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Competence in the Microsoft Office Suite.
