Business Data Analyst

About the role

PepsiCo is looking for a Business Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The role blends statistical thinking, programming, and business acumen to design, build, and deploy data products and machine‑learning models in a real‑world environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create an integrated database that combines recruitment, engagement, orders, and distribution data.
• Explore, clean, and structure large, unorganized datasets.
• Develop a metrics framework covering the entire funnel from recruitment to recurrence.
• Design and analyze experiments, including A/B tests and causal inference studies.
• Monitor and control unit economics and define calculation methodologies.
• Build inventory forecasting models.
• Support the Venture Manager with growth projections for the customer base and associated unit economics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of statistics and probability.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non‑technical stakeholders and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Python (including pandas, scikit‑learn, numpy).
• Advanced SQL.
• Machine‑learning algorithms and model evaluation.
• Data visualization tools, especially PowerBI.
