Business Developer – Amazon Business (Retail)

About the role

Amazon’s Retail team in Mexico is looking for a Business Developer to help grow Amazon Business. The role focuses on expanding product selection, deepening vendor relationships and delivering value to business customers, using AI‑driven tools from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships with internal Retail, central functions and vendor‑facing teams.
• Analyze data and metrics, leveraging AI tools to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage end‑to‑end project timelines, unblock obstacles and ensure delivery against key dates.
• Design and implement process improvements, including AI‑enabled workflows that scale team output.
• Partner with vendor managers to onboard and support Mexican vendors scaling on Amazon.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to earn trust and influence senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable deep‑diving into data to surface opportunities.
• Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments and can work with limited guidance.
• Commercial judgment and ability to think both strategically and tactically.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to integrate it into daily workflows.
